Running for District 27

Dear Friend,

Leadership in government is about finding common ground.  A leader works to find solutions that benefit everyone.  Now, more than ever, the changing environment of the Nebraska State Legislature needs leadership.

I am committed to serving the state and building consensus to serve all of our citizens.  That is what I have done through my involvement in our schools, neighborhood associations, the City of Lincoln Infrastructure and Economic Development task forces, Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Commission, and my current service on the Lincoln City Council.

I understand the issues.  I have worked to develop consensus and enjoy working to make a better community.

That is why I have decided to run for State Legislature.

I can bring people together and find common ground that will allow Nebraska to move forward on issues such as road infrastructure, economic development, and education.

With term limits, it is imperative new senators have the experience and leadership to hit the ground running.  I will use my experience in city government to build bridges with city and state officials and provide the leadership to get the job done.  I will put the people of District 27 and the City of Lincoln first.

Right now, I need your help.

Before I can build the bridges to support projects important to Lincoln and the consituents in District 27, I must win the campaign.  I need your vote, your time, and your financial support.  I am grateful for any help you can offer.

Thank you for your support and encouragement.  With your help, I am confident that we can win this election and build a brighter future for the State of Nebraska!
